More Mosaics

Here are the photos of us working on the whale mosaic at the Whale Festival in Dana Point. It was a beautiful day and we all had a great time - And of course - I had my camera handy.

It was cool out - at the beach, so bundled up both MAK and Aileen are hard at work. So, who took this photo? I won't tell - and neither will the octopus which is in beautiful orange colors.


As the event wound down, it was time to go home. But, Aileen was still at work. Since that day, the whale is done, and somewhere in the Dana Point Harbor area. Can you find it?

Creating Mosaic Art in Mission Viejo

Here we are - working on the second leaf mosaic for the city of Mission Viejo, California - Aileen May is the artist in charge. Several volunteers have showed up on numerous days for this project. We had a great time!

Gee, is it time for a break already???

Now that the second leaf is done, we will be taking a break, before starting on the third leaf. I can't wait - since it is alot of fun.
